During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, c66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
c66's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their c66 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
c66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While c66 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.
c66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus credits and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting c66 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the c66 Platform, the following resolution process applies:
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
c66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c66 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the c66 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your Account in response to a Terms amendment will not result in any penalty, and your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 12.
